Professional Verification: State professional license numbers, business addresses, and verified websites submitted by brokers, agencies, and licensed merchants.
Transaction Records: 168AI Coins balance and VIP subscriptions (credit card processing is handled directly by Stripe; AI168 never stores full card numbers).
Technical Logs: IP addresses, device types, browser specifications, and server access logs for cybersecurity defense and fraud monitoring.

Service Delivery: Displaying your classifieds, powering AI natural search, matching subscription alerts, and delivering in-app notifications.
Safety & Security: One-time verification codes, automated anti-fraud scanning, risk pattern alerts, and content moderation.
AI Processing: Queries submitted to the AI assistant or smart publisher are processed through secure cloud AI APIs (Google Cloud Vertex AI) strictly to generate your requested outputs.
Contact Protection: Phone numbers and messaging handles are revealed only upon deliberate user click to mitigate automated web scrapers.

We do not sell your personal information.
Limited Third-Party Sharing: Shared only with essential infrastructure providers (Google Cloud hosting, SMS/email relays, Stripe payment processing) under strict confidentiality agreements, or as required by subpoena or law enforcement.

All platform data is securely stored on Google Cloud servers located within the United States, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
We retain data for the duration necessary to provide services; deleted posts are expunged from active indices promptly.

You have the right to view, modify, or unpublish your listings and personal account profile at any time.
You may request account deletion or data export via account settings; limited fraud prevention logs may be retained as permitted by law.
We honor consumer rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and equivalent state privacy regulations.

AI168 is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
